Mbabane: As means to help customers during lockdown, Pick n Pay Eswatini has introduced home deliveries for customers within 10km radius from its shops.
Pick n Pay has selected basic, and on-demand household daily used products ranging from beverages, baby products, bakery, canned food, personal care, pharmacy fruit and vegetables and many others to be available for online orders and home deliveries.
ORDERS
The online orders and home deliveries are mainly in Mbabane, Ezulwini, Matsapha, Manzini and Malkerns.
In a notice issued by Pick n Pay Eswatini in their official Facebook page, customers are expected to email their orders in the nearest stores and make payments digitally upon delivery of their orders.
Pick n Pay outlined simple steps which the online buying customers can use. In the first step, the customer must decide what exactly they want to buy based on the product list which is available in their Facebook page.
After deciding, customers must email orders to their nearest shops. For Mbabane orders are emailed to; fmbabane@pnp.co.za, for the Crescent orders are emailed to – fcrescentpnp.co.za, for Manzini Hub, orders are emailed to, fmanzini@pnp.co.za.
After placing the orders, deliveries will be made in the door steps of the customers and payment is only electronically with a visa card in a machine or speed points which will be made available during delivery.
DELIVERIES
To qualify for home deliveries, customers were urged to make orders of a minimum of E500.
For orders from E500 up to E1000 a delivery fee of E50 will be charged, with E75 for orders between E1000 and E2000, while orders above 2000 will attract a delivery fee of E100.
Orders can be place from Monday to Fridays from 8am to 6pm. Worth noting is that orders place between 08:am to 10Am are delivered by 2pm, orders place form 10am to 2pm are delivered by 5pm and orders place later than 2pm are delivered on the next day.
