MBABANE – The countdown is officially on as Eswatini artist As 4 JerryP prepares to release his highly anticipated 18-track album, Libhungu Lemhlolo, this Friday, August 28, 2026.
The artist, under Upscale Live, has unveiled the official tracklist for the project, giving fans a closer look at the body of work that has been building anticipation following a successful album listening session held earlier this month.
The listening session brought together members of the local music industry, media, artists, promoters and supporters, offering guests an exclusive preview of the album ahead of its official release.
Recorded between DPR Studios in Siteki and Upscale Live Studios in Mbabane, Libhungu Lemhlolo is presented as an important chapter in As 4 JerryP’s musical journey. The entire project was mixed and mastered at Upscale Live Studios by Sean Cast HQ.
Beyond its 18 tracks, the album stands out for its strong representation of Eswatini’s collaborative music scene, bringing together established artists and emerging voices from different parts of the country.
Among the featured artists is rising Siteki-based musician Lyrical Besh DPR, who appears on Track 4, Vumani. Bon Legendary features on Track 10, Labalungile, while Cool Drop appears on Track 11, Seng’vutsavutsiwe.
Award-winning Eswatini artist Lyrikal Busta makes two appearances on the album. He features on Track 13, Inkhanyeti, a song that has already gained attention ahead of the album’s release, before returning alongside As 4 JerryP on the closing track, Emagwala.
The project also features Charlie SD and LK BABA on Kanjalo, while album producer and mixer Sean Cast HQ makes an appearance on Track 16, Aw’lali Ngwane.
The album’s collaborative nature reflects the diversity of Eswatini’s music industry, with artists from different backgrounds contributing to a project that As 4 JerryP hopes will mark a significant step forward in his career.
The momentum surrounding Libhungu Lemhlolo has been further fuelled by the response to Inkhanyeti and the reception at the listening session, with fans now waiting to hear the complete project.
With the official tracklist now out, the final countdown to release has begun.
