MBABANE – Eswatini’s creative industry has received another continental boost as renowned creative leader Isidoro Pinto has been invited to serve as a panelist at the inaugural Mercado das Indústrias Culturais e Criativas de Moçambique (MICMZ), a landmark event dedicated to advancing Africa’s cultural and creative economy.
Scheduled to take place in Maputo, Mozambique, from 30 July to 1 August 2026, the first edition of the Mozambique Cultural and Creative Industries Summit will bring together artists, creative entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors and cultural institutions from across the continent. The summit aims to strengthen cultural and creative industries by promoting innovation, collaboration and regional partnerships.
