MALKERNS – Organisers of the inaugural Kota Festival in Eswatini have officially unveiled a blockbuster entertainment line-up, promising festivalgoers an unforgettable day of music, food and culture when the event takes place on 24 October 2026 at Malkerns Country Club.
The festival, presented by Goldex Events & Bambéléla, will run from 10:00am to 10:00pm, bringing together some of Southern Africa’s biggest music stars alongside local talent for what is expected to be one of the Kingdom’s biggest lifestyle events of the year.
Leading the line-up are South African music icons Ringo Madlingozi, Amanda Black, Mlindo The Vocalist, MÖRDA, Young Stunna, eMtee, Xowla, Aymos, Young Zesh and Supta, who will headline a full day of live performances.
The festival will also showcase performances by Spokza, while an exciting DJ line-up featuring DJ Obsession, DJ Bean, DJ Ayacity, DJ Sgitha, DJ Khwephe Tilungu, Gifted Kosie, Zee The DJ and DJ Ayany President will keep the energy high throughout the event.
Adding to the entertainment, celebrated South African media personality Somizi will headline the programme as master of ceremonies alongside Napo Modise and Asa D, ensuring an engaging and lively atmosphere from start to finish.
Organisers have also announced an “All White with a Touch of Yellow” dress theme, encouraging attendees to embrace the festival’s vibrant and stylish atmosphere.
The Kota Festival marks its first-ever edition in Eswatini after establishing itself as a successful touring festival in South Africa. Beyond celebrating the country’s love for the popular township sandwich, the event aims to promote entrepreneurship, community empowerment, tourism and cultural exchange.
Festivalgoers can also look forward to a wide variety of kota vendors, food stalls, family-friendly activities and networking opportunities, making the event more than just a music festival.
Tickets are currently available through Computicket and MojaTicket, with organisers confirming that no tickets will be sold at the gate. Parking will be available at E50, while attendees will be permitted to bring empty cooler boxes into the venue.
A star-studded line-up, a unique culinary experience and a strong focus on culture and community, the inaugural Eswatini Kota Festival is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated events on the country’s 2026 entertainment calendar.
