The Soil deliveres soul-stirring performance at MoMo Xperience

MALKERNS – South African award-winning acapella group The Soil lived up to expectations with a breathtaking performance at the MoMo Xperience 3rd Edition, leaving thousands of music lovers singing along from beginning to end.

The trio took to the stage to a roaring reception from fans who had eagerly waited to witness one of Southern Africa’s most celebrated vocal groups perform live. From the opening note, The Soil captivated the audience with their signature harmonies, powerful vocals and heartfelt stage presence.

Performing a collection of their biggest hits, including crowd favourites Joy, Susan and Inkomo, the group transformed the venue into one giant choir as fans sang every lyric with passion. The atmosphere was electric, with voices echoing across the venue as the audience joined the trio in a memorable sing-along.

Their performance showcased not only their exceptional vocal ability but also their unique blend of traditional African sounds, contemporary rhythms and soulful storytelling that has earned them fans across the continent.

Throughout the set, The Soil engaged warmly with the crowd, encouraging fans to sing, clap and celebrate the music together. The connection between the artists and the audience was evident, making their performance one of the highlights of the festival.

The trio’s energetic stage presence and flawless harmonies earned loud cheers and applause after every song, with many fans recording the special moments and waving their hands in appreciation.

The Soil was among the headline acts at this year’s MoMo Xperience alongside South African stars Lloyiso and Sam Deep. Their appearance added a rich blend of soul and African musical heritage to an already diverse lineup featuring some of Eswatini’s finest talent.

As they concluded their set, the audience rewarded them with a standing ovation, a fitting tribute to a performance that combined emotion, vocal excellence and audience participation.
