Lobamba : Minister of Home Affairs, Princess Lindiwe, has paid tribute to King Mswati III, describing his 40-year reign as a period marked by stability, resilience, and significant national transformation.

Speaking during the 40/58 Double Celebration, the minister reflected on the early days of His Majesty’s rule, noting that it “feels like yesterday” when he ascended to the throne at a time when neighbouring South Africa was experiencing a volatile political climate. She said Eswatini had, under his leadership, remained united and focused on development.

Princess Lindiwe highlighted the country’s socioeconomic progress over the past four decades, attributing it to government’s dedication and the King’s leadership.
