Mbabane – Sakhile Vilakati, 20, known in the music scene as Young Seejah, is preparing to release his latest single titled Let It Be on May 2, 2026. Born and raised in Luyengo and now living in Ludzeludze along Vilakati Street, the young artist describes his environment as busy yet peaceful.

Young Seejah, whose stage name reflects his observant nature, says he became obsessed with music at an early age, taking inspiration from various artists. “My inspiration right now has to be Blaq Vein,” he said, noting his admiration for the creative process behind Blaq Vein’s collaboration with West Kid on the song Imali Eningi. The track, he explained, “talks about a young man wants to pay lobola to his women has to work hard even though some people have doubt but eventually proving them wrong. Basically the song is all about love, hope and desire to feel whole.” Seejah curated most of the song himself, and it is available for streaming on YouTube and Audiomack.

His upcoming single, Let It Be, blends hip hop with elements of Afropop, reflecting his current style which he describes as “hip pop.” The song addresses life’s struggles and encourages listeners to let go of negativity. “This song talk about the struggle of life trying to let go of the bad things and letting new things this year of 2026, it will bring joy to people ears because it all about living. Letting be all the the struggles behind nobody is perfect in the world that what the song is, bringing energy all the way up. People will try to pull you down because they are jealous of you,” Young Seejah lamented. He added that the track, produced by himself with a few lines by West Kidd, is intended to inspire resilience.
