The Sincephetelo MVA Fund (SMVAF) Board toured the newly constructed Mshinande Stabilization Centre ahead of its official handover. The facility is designed to stabilise road accident victims within the golden hour and will provide critical resuscitation and rehabilitation services to seven surrounding chiefdoms.
Corporate Services Executive, Mr Sam Mzileni, welcomed the Board and acknowledged the strong partnership between EPR and SMVAF. He described the project as “a journey marked by commitment, resilience, and collaboration.” Mr Mzileni also recognised Microprojects for cost management support, EPR Director Dr Masitsela Mhlanga for leadership during construction, and the SMVAF Facilities and Communications teams for their coordination.
The Board Chairman commended all teams for their dedication and perseverance, saying the centre “will play a vital role in reducing death and disability within the community.” He added that the visit provided valuable insights to support ongoing engagements with the Minister and the successful handover of the facility.
