Mbombela – Eswatini gospel singers Nothando Hlophe and Linda Dlamini will perform at the Tri Nation Gospel Music Concert in Mbombela South Africa on Easter Friday April 3 2026. The concert is part of the inaugural Tri Nation Festival, a four day event at ChafZar Lifestyle bringing together artists and audiences from South Africa Eswatini and Mozambique.
South African gospel musician Benjamin Dube will lead the lineup. ChafZar managing director Ndumiso Mona said scheduling the gospel concert on Easter Friday allows worshippers to attend church in the morning before joining the evening performances that will continue into the night.
The festival is the result of two years of planning aimed at strengthening collaboration across the regional entertainment industries. Eswatini producer Tatenda Mandaza of Tendamix, one of the organisers, said it was rewarding to see the project come to life.
Festivities start on Thursday April 2 with a regional comedy night, followed by a soul and RnB event on Saturday. The festival concludes on Sunday with the Tri Nation Spin Fest featuring spinning teams from Eswatini South Africa and Mozambique.
Fans are encouraged to secure tickets through Computicket to see Hlophe and Dlamini represent the Kingdom.
