JNF meeting postponed to February

Mbabane – The Ministry of Public Service has postponed the Joint Negotiations Forum (JNF) that was scheduled for Wednesday, 21 January 2026.

The decision, communicated by Chief Negotiator Mthunzi Shabangu, who also serves as Principal Secretary at the ministry, allows for a more extensive three-day JNF session in February. The extended session aims to address outstanding matters for the current financial year.

The ministry confirmed that new dates and details for the rescheduled meeting will be shared in due course. Officials from SNAT, NAPSAWU, SNA and SNAGAP, based in Manzini and Mbabane, have been informed of the postponement.

Shabangu’s office expressed regret for any inconvenience and thanked stakeholders for their cooperation.
