Maseru – T-Connect Lesotho has appointed Joshua Setipa as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, taking over the role on 24 November 2025. The digital transformation firm, which offers specialised satellite internet and technology solutions to businesses of all sizes, described the move as part of a broader strategy to expand its operations.
Setipa brings extensive experience in corporate governance, international development, and technology-driven sectors. He has held senior positions in government and private institutions, including serving as Minister of Trade and Industry.
The company also announced that Advocate Phelane Phomane will shift focus to exploring new African markets to support T-Connect’s regional growth.
T-Connect is an authorised Starlink reseller and managed service provider, offering satellite internet with performance monitoring, uptime guarantees, and digital solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency for enterprises.
