Matsapha – Council staff received training from the Royal Eswatini Police Service Fraud Unit as part of Fraud Awareness Month. The session aimed to equip employees with skills to identify fraud, recognise money-laundering red flags, and strengthen internal vigilance ahead of the busy festive season.
Council officials said the training is designed to help safeguard both the organisation and the community it serves. Residents and local businesses are urged to protect personal information, verify suspicious calls, messages, or transactions, and report any unusual activity promptly to stay secure during the holidays.
