Mbabane – The Centre for Financial Inclusion, in partnership with the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund, held a financial literacy training for young entrepreneurs at the Nhlangano Training Center on Saturday. The program aimed to equip youth with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and grow their businesses.
Participants received practical guidance on budgeting, saving, record-keeping, responsible borrowing, and making informed financial decisions to support long-term business growth.
Phumla Mkhombe from CFI said the initiative is part of the organization’s ongoing effort to develop financially capable and investment-ready youth who can contribute to Eswatini’s economic development.
The training covered personal and business finance management, avoiding debt traps, responsible use of credit, and strategies for growth and sustainability. Interactive discussions and real-life case studies allowed participants to engage directly with the material.
