Mbabane – FNB Eswatini promises to reverse failed debit orders for civil servants banked with them, amid postponed paydays.
In a notice issued on Friday, the bank stated that it was aware that government employees are expected to get their monthly salaries beyond paydates, so it has decided to step in.
“We are aware the government employees will receive their salaries later than usual this month, which may cause certain debit orders to fail.
“Please note that all fees charged as a result of failed debit orders will be reversed. For further assistance call 800 6100. Thank you for banking with FNB,” the notice reads.
