MANZINI — Hloniphile Matsebula, co-founder of the Wom-pact Foundation, will be a panelist at the Think Beyond Employment Conference 2025, scheduled for Saturday, 8 November at The George Hotel in Manzini.
Matsebula will speak on “The Entrepreneurial Mindset – Why You Must Think Beyond Employment,” offering strategies to foster innovation, mindset transformation, and sustainable economic impact in Eswatini. Through the Women of Impact Leadership Forum, she connects and equips women leaders across sectors, promoting women’s leadership and representation in spaces shaping the country’s future.
In her role as Director at the African Tourism Showcase Eswatini (ATSE), Matsebula leads initiatives in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions tourism, destination development, and cross-border partnerships, positioning Eswatini and the Southern African region as competitive and inclusive travel destinations.
The conference, organised by Ox Purple Consultancy, will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tickets are available via MojaTicket and Mobile Money.
