Mbabane – Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini received a courtesy visit from MozParks General Director Onório Manuel at the Private and Cabinet Office yesterday. The delegation included Eswatini’s Ambassador to Mozambique, Mlondi Dlamini, and senior officials from MozParks.
Discussions focused on establishing a strategic partnership between Eswatini and MozParks, following King Mswati III’s visit to the company’s facilities in Mozambique last month. MozParks, known for developing Mozambique’s Sustainable Economic Zones, contributes over 40 percent of the country’s industrial GDP and has generated billions of dollars in economic activity.
The Prime Minister said his office will now work closely with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, alongside the Eswatini Embassy in Mozambique, to explore opportunities for a similar development in Eswatini.
