Mbabane – Entrepreneurs, innovators, and dreamers are in for a dose of inspiration this week as Startup Grind Manzini will host a fireside chat with Beketele Maziya, the CEO and head of Property Management at Lionheart Properties.

The event will be held on October 24, 2025, at The American Corner in Manzini from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. It’s expected to bring together business minds eager to learn from one of Eswatini’s most respected real estate leaders.

Maseko-Maziya’s journey from a young rental agent to the helm of a thriving property company is a story of resilience and purpose-driven leadership. Through hard work and determination, she turned Lionheart Properties into a trusted name in Eswatini’s real estate sector.

Before venturing full-time into property management, Maziya worked in the media industry as a journalist at Channel Yemaswati (then known as Channel S). She says her experience in journalism helped her develop communication and relationship-building skills that later became essential in her business career.
