MBABANE – All roads lead to the Mavuso Trade Centre on October 24, 2025, where teachers and music lovers alike will gather for the much-anticipated Teacher’s Day Bash, headlined by South African Afro-pop giants UMafikizolo and Eswatini’s very own sensation Khadeair.
The iconic duo UMafikizolo, celebrated for their timeless hits such as “Uzong’cengwa Nyoko,” “Ndihamba Nawe,” and “Love Potion,” is set to bring his signature energy and soulful sound to the stage. Known for their vibrant performances and musical excellence, he continues to captivate audiences across Africa with his maskandi, his work is celebrated for blending traditional Zulu rhythms with modern storytelling.
Joining him on stage is none other than Khadeair, a South African independent artist from Botshabelo, Free State, whose breakout hit song “Magumba” became a cultural phenomenon in 2025, topping charts and social media trends nationwide due to its motivational message and viral dance challenge.
According Thembikhosi Mthethwa , New Life Entertainment’s representative highlighted that the Teacher’s Day Bash is more than just a concert, it’s a celebration of educators and their unwavering contribution to shaping the nation.
“Teachers play a vital role in our society, and this event is our way of showing appreciation while also creating an atmosphere of joy and unity,” said one of the event coordinators.
The night promises a thrilling mix of live performances, good food, and an atmosphere filled with appreciation and celebration. Attendees can expect a well-curated lineup of supporting acts, DJs, and entertainment segments leading up to the main performances.
According to the Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT) tickets are priced at E50 for members and E200 for non- members.
With a star-studded lineup, electrifying performances, and a meaningful purpose, this year’s Teacher’s Day Bash is set to be one of the biggest events on Eswatini’s social calendar.
