Lozitha Royal Palace – His Majesty King Mswati III received Letters of Credence from five European Union ambassadors on 11 September 2025. The ceremony formally welcomed the diplomats as they begin their assignments in Eswatini.

The ambassadors include H.E. Rasa Jankauskaitr of Lithuania, H.E. Attila Gyorgy Hotvath of Hungary, H.E. Satu Lassila of Finland, H.E. Vladimir Gracz of Slovakia, and H.E. Gabriele Annis of Italy.

King Mswati III assured the ambassadors that the government and people of Eswatini would provide full support as they carry out their diplomatic duties. He also expressed gratitude for the EU’s contributions to education, agriculture, and infrastructure development in the country.
