Mbabane: The total number of cases confirmed in Eswatini now stands at 300 as five (5) new cases confirmed on Thursday.
Minister of Health Lizzie Nkosi has announced that the ministry received 138 results of which 133 came out negative and Five (5) tested positive.
The new cases comprises of two 2 males and 3 females, 4 of them are from the Hhohho Region and one (1) from the Manzini region.
Eswatini is currently standing with 96 active cases as the total number of recoveries stands at 201 and death toll stands at 3.
Minister Nkosi said the cumulative graph shows an upward trend due to increasing of new cases. The epidemic curve suggest not to be flattening as yet so the public is further urged to continue adhering to all health measures given by the ministry of health and World Health Organization.
