Johannesburg – Swazi entrepreneur and Top Models Eswatini founder, Mbalenhle Manana, is set to be recognised at this year’s She Reigns Africa Summit, joining 100 influential women from across the continent who are shaping Africa’s future.
The summit, held under the African Women Achievers platform, is a knowledge-sharing forum where established and emerging female leaders engage in panel discussions, masterclasses, and innovation talks. Topics at this year’s event will cover entrepreneurship, leadership, wellness, fashion, finance, digital influence, and social impact, providing a platform for women to share expertise and inspire the next generation.
The event is organised by the Mayor’s Kings Agency, the team behind last month’s Africa’s 40 Under 40 CEOs Awards. Natasha Mncube, founder of the agency and visionary behind the summit, explained that the platform aims to create a legacy by recognising women whose work and influence are shaping Africa’s present and future.
Alongside Manana, the summit will feature prominent African female leaders such as South Africa’s Portia Mngomezulu, founder of the Portia M skincare brand, which empowers women through economic inclusion; Dr. Pert, a cosmetic surgeon redefining beauty and confidence in medical aesthetics; Nigeria’s Melissa Kween, a creative strategist and youth development leader making bold impact across West Africa; and Zimbabwe’s Luminista Jemwa, a fashion mogul and wellness advocate leading initiatives in luxury branding and mental health awareness.
Mbalenhle Manana will share her journey in modelling and entrepreneurship, discussing her experiences running Top Models Eswatini and mentoring emerging talent in the country.
