Shiselweni – The Youth Empowerment Services (YES) project, working in partnership with the European Union in Eswatini, held a Group Dynamics Training in Shiselweni on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
The session brought together 30 participants from four seed grant groups – Godloza Piggery, The Hope Farm, Singumliba Sewing Project, and Sisonkhe Vegetable Farmers based in Madulini, Godloza and Sandleni.
The training was designed to strengthen teamwork within the groups by improving communication and trust, clarifying roles, encouraging structured decision-making, and building skills in both creative and critical thinking for problem-solving.
Participants also worked on understanding and applying group constitutions to help guide their operations. According to facilitators, the overall aim was to empower the farmers and entrepreneurs with the tools needed to run more sustainable and effective projects in their respective communities.
