South African media personality Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife, former Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary this week with a trip to Hong Kong.

The couple, who married in 2021 in both traditional and white wedding ceremonies, marked the occasion on Monday by sharing images and videos of their getaway on social media. Their trip included shopping, exploring the city and a visit to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

The pair’s journey together began in June 2021, when Dr Musa proposed on a mountaintop overlooking Durban. A month later, lobola negotiations between their families were finalised, and shortly after, they wed.
