Mbabane – The Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority (ESERA) has announced a call for proposal to develop a five-year strategic plan.
The terms are outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for consultants to submit bids for the development of a Five-Year Strategic Plan for 2027–2031.
The RFP, referenced as ESERA/RFP/2/2025-2026, is accessible through the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA) or directly from the ESERA website.
Detailed instructions and submission guidelines are provided in the RFP documentation.
Interested bidders must submit their proposals no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. It is said that late submissions will not be considered, and proposal openings will take place at 12:15 hrs on the same day at the ESERA offices in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
