Mbabane – The High Court has postponed Mbabane Highlanders’ president Bheki ‘Rubber’ Simelane’s case where he challenges Shaun ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize’s takeover.
Simelane, citing the chairman of the board of patrons of Mbabane Highlanders, Mkhize, Mbabane Highlanders Football Club, Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) and the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) as the five respondents, stated that he was unfairly replaced as the director.
In his application, Simelane said the contract was breached but the matter is expected to continue on August 21 where he is being opposed.
