EZULWINI – South Africa’s Michael Hollick clinched the 2025 FNB Eswatini Challenge at Ezulwini Golf & Country Club, sealing his fourth Sunshine Tour title with a two-stroke victory and walking away E317 000 richer.
Starting the final round at the top of the leaderboard, Hollick carded a closing 68 to finish on 16 under par. His caddie, Clavie Taderera, was also honoured with a winner’s medal and a share of the prize money worth E31 700.
Hollick’s final day featured back-to-back birdies from the first hole and an eagle on the back nine, steadying his game despite a double bogey on the 14th. “My game plan was the same – try and get the ball in the fairway and not overpower the course,” he said, noting his dominance on the par-fives, where he was 11 under for the week.
Pieter Moolman and Herman Loubser tied for second place on 14 under, while Paul Boshoff and Allen John shared fourth.
Local tailoring brand Sgonian Republik joined in the celebrations, revealing they had created a custom single-breast blazer with an exclusive FNB logo lining for Hollick’s victory ceremony.
