Malkerns – Mobile network giant MTN Eswatini has unveiled exclusive mobile data packages and tourist SIM card deals ahead of the 2025 MTN Bushfire Festival, set to take place from 30 May to 1 June in the Malkerns Valley.
The announcement was made as part of the network’s preparations to keep festivalgoers connected throughout the weekend. MTN, which returns as the title sponsor of the country’s largest international music and arts event, is offering three prepaid tourist data packages starting from E99.
Package 1 includes 2.5GB anytime data, 45 on-net minutes, and 2.5GB of night data, valid for one week. For E150, Package 2 offers 5GB each of anytime and night data, with 50 on-net minutes. Package 3, priced at E299, gives users 12GB of anytime data, 8GB of night data, and 50 on-net minutes.
Festivalgoers will be able to purchase the SIM cards and packages at the MTN stall on the festival grounds.
MTN is also encouraging locals and tourists alike to download the MyMTN App, which offers easy balance tracking, bundle purchases, and exclusive app-only deals such as 1GB for E10 on Wednesdays and 500MB for E10 on other days. First-time users of the app will receive 200MB of free data upon download.
