EZULWINI – King Mswati III International Airport (KMIII IA) is taking part in the Kofi Annan Road Safety Awards, an event currently underway in Ezulwini from April 14 to 15, 2025.
The airport, in collaboration with representatives from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, is part of an exhibition recognizing efforts to improve road safety across Africa. The awards bring together governments, private sector players, and civil society organizations to spotlight innovations and strategies aimed at reducing road-related fatalities and injuries.
KMIII IA is presenting its road safety initiatives, covering both landside and airside operations, as part of the airport’s contribution to safer transportation systems. Organizers say the event is meant to inspire stakeholders across the continent to adopt stronger safety frameworks in line with global standards.
