Mbabane – Eswatini Med has announced the restoration of unity and stability within its leadership following a successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Hilton Garden Inn. Sammy Dlamini, the board chairperson, made the declaration after the meeting, assuring both stakeholders and the media that any previous internal challenges have been resolved.
The AGM, which saw over 40 shareholders in attendance, exceeded the quorum requirement of 25, marking a significant milestone for the organization. Dlamini conveyed that the completion of the AGM serves as clear evidence of the renewed harmony within the company, promising a more productive and stable future for EswatiniMed.
During the meeting, voting for new board members took place to fill positions vacated by those whose tenures had concluded.
