Lobamba – Former Speaker Charles Sgayoyo Magongo beat former Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Harries ‘Madze’ Bulunga 9-8 in votes to win a seat in the Parliamentary Service Board (PSB)
The fate of the two was decided a joint House sitting in Parliament this morning. Magongo who is a celebrated radioman served as the Speaker in the House of Assembly from 2004-2007 and is also the former minister at the then ministry of Public Service and Information.
Magongo was nominated by the House of Assembly while Bulunga was nominated by the House of Senate.
Other members of the PSB are the Speaker Jabulani Mabuza, Senate president Lindiwe Dlamini, former Minister of Natural Resources Jabulile Mashwama and former Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Hlobsile Ndlovu.
