Soccer- Newly crowned MTN League Champions Royal Leopard have acquired the service of Tabankulu Callies top goal score Wandile ‘Shaka’ Simelane.

Simelane comes at a time when the police assembly is preparing for the Total CAF Champions League which will start soon.

Simelane scored a brace last week Wednesday during their last game of the season to help Callies beat Malanti Chiefs 4-0. Simelane visited back of the net 15 times during the ended season. Tabankulu Callies boss Sithembiso ‘Ngudze’ Mamba confirmed the report that the attacking middle fielder is now with the police side. Mamba said he was busy working on the player’s paperwork to finalise the deal.

Also confirming the report of the arrival of the attacking midfield was the police side Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Frank Hurube. “It is true that ‘Shaka’ is now a Leopard player, as we talk, am busy with his paperwork,” said Hurube.
