Eswatini Football Coaches Association AGM Date set

Musa Mamba Secretary General for Eswatini Football Coaches Association

Mbabane: The Eswatini Football Coaches Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021.

These revelations were made by the Organization General Secretary Musa Mamba, during the national workshop for coaches which was held at Sigwaca House on Sunday 11 July 2021.

“In terms of Article 11.2,11.3 of the Eswatini Football Coaches Association (EFCA) Constitution state that the Annual general assembly is going to be held on Saturday 31 July,2021.reads part of the notice.

The members were informed that the proposal to the (AGM) was submitted to the (EFCA) general secretary on 1 July,2021 in conformity to EFCA Constitution Article 15.2 and 15.3.

The construction further state that the AGM  being an elective general assembly of the executive committee of the EFCA, Reginal committee are notified that all nominations for the position of the chairman, vice-chairman, general secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer, and two members must be in observation of Article 12.1 of the Eswatini Football Coaches Association constitution submit to the General Secretary on July 1, 2021.

Mamba also said that the nominations must be made in accordance with Article 13.4 of the Association’s constitution. The delegates to the general assembly must fulfill Article 6.5 of the Eswatini Football Coaches Association (EFCA) of the constitution. Said Mamba.
