The minister said it is therefore the Ministry’s belief that their combined expertise in sport will be the much needed catalyst to drive local sport forward. He said, through their collective focus and work, they will hit the ground running and play their role towards the achievement of wholesome sport development in Eswatini.

Bulunga said the ministry retained four members who had served one term in the previous Board (including the CEO who serves as Secretary), with hope that their presence will be of great help as the new Board accustoms itself to this environment.

In his remarks, the newly appointed Chairman Celucolo Dlamini appreciated the appointment by the Minister, pledging to work hard in taking the local sports into greater heights. Dlamini thanked the outgoing Board for their hard work which saw the local sports meeting international standards in certain aspects.
