Ginindza stated that the Oracle Life Eswatini and Oracle Insure Eswatini have taken a deliberate step to move closer to their clients by creating an environment where they are more accessible. He said their promise today was a comfortable sit and a cup of coffee.

“The CX Hub is also a business hub that will benefit our clients. Meeting rooms will be available to our clients (by bookings only) at absolutely no cost, though refreshments will be on you. This is how we want to support, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprse business owners, by giving them a platform where they can clinch that deal,” he shared.

Oracle Eswatini launch

Oracle Health Eswatini was launched back in 2008 and it is owned by Vunani Capital and Eswatini Bank. Its goal is to provide essential affordable health care to more people in Eswatini. Their products are fully digital and potential clients can access them at eswatiniinfo@oraclesz.com as revealed by Ginindza.

The company’s benefit structure is made up of five components which are major in-patient benefit, major disease benefit, medical savings account, health assessment benefit and rewards and all these can be accessed in the aforementioned address.

Background about Oracle Eswatini

Oracle Life Eswatini and Oracle Insure Eswatini are a brand of companies that aim to enhance the well-being of our clients in an ever-changing world by helping them “Protect What Matters”. Everything that we do – including the systems that we buy and the partners that we choose, is geared towards that purpose.

Our businesses were born in Eswatini over 12 years ago, under the brands of Momentum and Metropolitan Insurance. The Businesses were built from the best parts of Momentum and Metropolitan that you know, with people who know you, who are passionate about their clients.

As many would know, Momentum Metropolitan International sold their 67% shareholding in Metropolitan Life Swaziland to a consortium that includes Vunani Limited. The name of the company was later changed to Oracle Life Eswatini, and the remaining 33% shareholding continues to be held by Eswatini Development and Savings Bank – (“Eswatini Bank”), which originally invested in 2010. Oracle Life Eswatini is the 100% shareholder of Oracle Insure Eswatini.

Vunani Limited is an independent black-owned and managed diversified financial services group with a unique positioning in the Southern African business environment. It’s owner-managed culture is complemented by a passion for entrepreneurship, which makes it one of the region’s leading financial services providers. It operates off a strong operational platform and offers a fully integrated range of products and services.

The Need for a CX Hub

The CX Hub is a deliberate step to move closer to our clients. To ensure that we create an environment where our clients are more than comfortable to come talk to us. We cannot promise that there won’t be a queue, but we can promise a comfortable sit and a cup of coffee. The CX Hub is also a good introduction to a business hub that we trust will benefit our clients. Meeting rooms will be available to our clients (by bookings only) at absolutely no cost, though refreshments will be on you. This is how we want to support, especially MSME business owners, by giving them a platform where they can clinch that deal!

The Relationship Between Oracle & Farm to Table and Other Rewarder Partners

Our rewards partners are businesses that we targeted for a partnership with an aim of channelling our clients through their doors whilst our clients get very good discounts without even trying to do so. It has been a great success, and the next step for us is to measure utilizations so that we improve the client experience on our rewards programme. Farm to Table is simply the ideal partner for the CX Hub.

With that being said, we are pleased to inform you that Oracle’s CX Hub is now officially opened to our valued clients and the public. Rest assured Oracle is the future of Insurance and we bring a different way of looking at your insurance needs to help you Protect What Matters. Why would you do it any other way?
