MANZINI— Businesses, organisations and entrepreneurs have been urged to secure their place at the 2026 Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) before exhibition applications officially close on June 25.
Organised by the Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA) under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, the annual trade fair remains one of Eswatini’s largest platforms for business promotion, networking, investment attraction and market access.
The call comes as exhibition space continues to fill up ahead of the 58th edition of the EITF, which will run from August 28 to September 6, 2026, under the theme, “Unlocking Green Economy Opportunities for Sustainable Trade Promotion.”
This year’s theme highlights the growing importance of sustainability, innovation and environmentally responsible business practices. It also focuses on emerging opportunities in sectors such as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, recycling, waste management, green financing and climate-conscious production systems.
EITF spokesperson, Siphesihle Nkhabindze, encouraged businesses and organisations to submit their applications before the deadline.
“We wish to once again warmly invite businesses and organisations to apply for exhibition stands as the deadline is now nearing. We are looking forward to their participation, and we are available to support them in the application processes,” he said.
Nkhabindze noted that exhibition rates have remained unchanged from last year, a move aimed at ensuring affordability and encouraging broader participation, particularly among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Government institutions, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and foreign exhibitors are also eligible to participate.
The EITF attracted more than 70,000 visitors during its 2025 edition, providing exhibitors with significant exposure and opportunities to engage directly with customers, investors, distributors and potential business partners.
Five Ways to Unlock Value at EITF 2026
According to organisers, exhibitors can benefit from participating in the trade fair in several ways:
• Reach more than 70,000 potential customers and increase brand visibility.
• Take advantage of unchanged exhibition rates, making participation more affordable.
• Unlock growth opportunities through networking, partnerships, sales generation and market expansion.
• Align your business with the growing green economy by showcasing sustainable products and services.
• Access a wide local and international audience, including consumers, investors, distributors, government institutions and potential business partners.
How to Apply
Businesses interested in exhibiting can apply online through the EITF App, available on the Google Play Store or through a web browser.
Applicants must register as users, sign in using their chosen credentials, verify their account using a one-time pin, and select the exhibitors section to submit a new application. The platform guides users through the application process step by step.
Those requiring assistance can contact the EITF team via WhatsApp on +268 7950 0050.
Applications close on June 25, 2026, while successful applicants will have until July 25, 2026, to complete stall payments. Stand allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, making early application and payment essential.
Businesses are encouraged to act quickly to avoid missing out on one of Eswatini’s biggest annual business and exhibition events.
