SIDVOKODVO— Culture enthusiasts and lovers of authentic African storytelling are in for a memorable experience as renowned actor and storyteller Luthuli Dlamini takes centre stage at the upcoming Storytelling Night hosted by Olive Country Lodge in partnership with Bella Donna Restaurant & Bar on June 20, 2026.

The event promises an evening filled with captivating stories, cultural heritage, and traditional cuisine, all set around a warm fireside atmosphere. Organisers describe the gathering as a magical celebration where guests will be immersed in tales that reflect African traditions, values, and lived experiences.

Dlamini, a Zimbabwe-born South African film and television actor, is one of the most respected figures in the entertainment industry. He is widely recognised for his portrayal of Stan Nyathi on the popular e.tv soap opera Scandal!, a role that earned him admiration from audiences across Southern Africa. Throughout his illustrious career, he has also featured in several acclaimed television productions, including Generations, Jacob’s Cross, InterSEXions, Rockville, Room, Tempy Pushas, and Uzalo.

Beyond his achievements on screen, Dlamini has become known for his deep appreciation of African culture and storytelling, making him an ideal guest for an event dedicated to preserving and celebrating oral traditions.
