Ntondozi – The Royal Eswatini Police Service has launched a search for a 13-year-old boy who went missing from his home in Ntondozi on Friday evening, raising concern due to his health condition.
Malkerns Police are investigating the disappearance of Samkelo Vuma Dlamini, a Liswati national from Mnyokane, who was last seen at around 6pm on 9 January 2026. According to police, the boy had been staying at Ntondozi at the time he went missing.
Police said the matter is being treated as urgent as Samkelo is a sickly child and may be in need of medical attention. Officers are working to establish his movements after he left home, while family members and the community remain anxious for his safe return.
The Royal Eswatini Police Service has appealed to members of the public to assist with any information that may lead to locating the missing teenager. Anyone with details on his whereabouts has been asked to contact Manzini RCBO Senior Superintendent Thabo Hlophe on 7606 8570, Malkerns Police desk officer Assistant Inspector Gamedze on 7623 2716, or investigating officer Lungile Dlamini on 7614 4272.
