Ezulwini – FNB Eswatini has been officially certified as a top employer for 2025, receiving dual recognition at both national and continental levels from the Netherlands-based Top Employers Institute.

The announcement was made during the bank’s 2024/25 annual financial results presentation held at its Head Office in Ezulwini on Thursday.

The certification recognises organisations that meet the highest international standards in human resources (HR) practices, covering areas such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and leadership development.

The FNB Eswatini Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Thokozani ‘TK’ Dlamini welcomed the recognition. He said it reflected the bank’s strong people-first culture and its commitment to building long-term value for employees.

Dlamini emphasised the role of leadership in shaping employee experience, noting that the bank’s executive management team now reflects a 50/50 gender balance. This milestone follows the appointment of Thandeka Dlamini as Chief Operating Officer the first woman in FNB Eswatini’s 30-year history to hold the role.

“As we continue to grow, we remain intentional about ensuring our people are supported, engaged, and positioned to deliver excellence. This certification is a testament to the dedication of our teams and our commitment to being an employer of choice in Eswatini and across Africa,” Dlamini said.
