MBABANE – South African artist Morda, formerly known as Murdah Bongz, will be the headline act at the upcoming Farmers Market Eswatini, organisers have confirmed.
The lifestyle event, which has grown into one of the kingdom’s most popular social gatherings, combines food, music, fashion, and culture in an open-air setting. This year’s edition will see Morda take centre stage, bringing his signature sound to local audiences.
Morda rose to prominence as part of the award-winning duo Black Motion before launching his solo career, which has gained recognition across the region. His booking for the Farmers Market is expected to attract large crowds and further raise the profile of the event.
Culolam, one of the organisers, said the inclusion of Morda aligns with the spirit of the market. “The Farmers Market is about celebrating creativity and lifestyle, and he perfectly embodies that,” he said.
Attendees can also look forward to food stalls, fashion pop-ups, handmade crafts, and family-friendly activities.
