ANTANANARIVO – Eswatini has taken part in the 45th Ordinary Summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Heads of State and Government, held in Madagascar’s capital.
The high-level meeting gathered leaders and representatives from across the region to deliberate on industrialisation, agricultural transformation, energy transition, and measures to strengthen peace and security.
Eswatini’s delegation was led by Thab’sile Mlangeni, Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Planning and Development, who engaged with counterparts from other member states to advance the kingdom’s development priorities while contributing to broader regional goals.
The ministry says Eswatini remains committed to regional cooperation, economic growth, food security, and sustainable development.
