MBABANE – Athletics Eswatini (AE) has appointed Mathokoza Dlamini as the new Chief Operations Officer.
Dlamini who holds a National Diploma in Sports Management from the University of Johannesburg was unveiled on Wednesday.
Making the announcement AE President Zakhele Dlamini told the press corp that it was a transparent process and wished the newcomer well.
“The selection of the new COO followed a thorough recruitment process, guided by a consulting team tasked with identifying the most suitable candidate,” he said, adding that the federation should document and preserve its history.
The incoming Dlamini expressed gratitude to the executive for entrusting him with this role, ‘promising to work in alignment with the federation’s strategy and vision.’
