Mbabane: Lil Blade, real name Bongumenzi Sukati has proven to be one of the upcoming rappers in the country with love for music. He also believes that talent can take one to new place, locally and internationally, but only if it is well managed and marketed properly.
Lil Blade has recently managed to drop a classic hip hop jam titled “Vibe”. Speaking to the Entertainment Desk, Lil Blade said he will keep on working harder to bring a change in the music industry because he is driven by passion, adding that delivering messages to music fanatics through song about what is going on in the society has always been his dream.
He went on to say that when producing the new song, he worked tirelessly with his production team and other rappers including Langsto and Ligga. He added that he is planning to take it to the local radio stations for airplay.
Elaborating on the song, Lil Blade said the song is for every hip hop fan and the other people who are not sure about which type of music is their favorite. “The song does not really discriminate because if you are a fan of music, then you are the right person to listen to it,” he said
He said the youth can easily relate to it because that is the main group that loves vibing, and the others can listen to it while refreshing from their challenging activities because it has the vibe that you need and that is why it is tittled “Vibe”.
The song, according to Lil Blade is easy to understand by anyone because it is written in simple languages which are siSwati and English and that makes it easy for the target audience to understand the message behind the song.
The song is packed and mixed to fit in every activity; it is ideal for family functions, outings and other gatherings and celebrations.
Lil Blade highlighted that he is very humbled with the positive feedback he keep on receiving from his supporters. He said the song is available on digital music platforms including Skheto and on his social media platforms.
