Mbabane – A 36-year-old Ngculwini man has been remanded in custody after appearing before the Mbabane Magistrate Court facing four charges under the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Act involving three minors.
Ben Sibisono Ndzisisa appeared before Principal Magistrate Fikile Nhlabatsi, where he was remanded in custody until September 18, 2026, pending further proceedings.
The court further advised Ndzisisa to approach the High Court should he wish to apply for bail.
According to the charge sheet, two of the four charges relate to alleged sexual offences involving the accused’s 11-year-old biological daughter. The alleged offences are said to have occurred in November 2025 at or near Mvutshini in the Hhohho District.
The remaining two charges relate to alleged indecent assaults involving two other minors, aged 12 and 14, allegedly committed in the Mvutshini area during September 2026.
The charge sheet states that the alleged offences against the two minors involved inappropriate touching and kissing.
The charges have been brought under various provisions of the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Act 15/2018.
The charge sheet further cites aggravating factors in relation to the charges involving the 11-year-old, including the allegation that the offence was committed without the use of a condom and involved a minor who was legally incapable of appreciating the nature of the sexual act.
It also states that, upon conviction, the accused’s name would be entered into the National Register of Sex Offenders.
Ndzisisa was represented by defence counsel Sivesonkhe Ngwenya.
The matter has been postponed to September 18, 2026, while the trial is scheduled for November 16, 2026.
