MBABANE – The recent Wedding Cake Master Class hosted by Cake Baking Eswatini proved to be a resounding success, demonstrating resilience, teamwork and a shared passion for the art of baking.
Originally set to feature international baker Sir Cakes, the training programme experienced an unexpected change after he was unable to attend due to low student enrolment. However, what could have been a setback quickly turned into an inspiring moment of collaboration and adaptability.
Stepping in to lead the session was Khethas Confectioneries, whose team delivered an exceptional master class marked by passion, dedication and hands-on expertise. Participants were taken through essential wedding cake techniques, gaining practical skills and valuable industry insights that strengthened their confidence in the craft.
Students who attended the training were commended for their flexibility and unwavering commitment to learning. Despite the changes in the programme, they remained enthusiastic and fully engaged, reflecting a genuine love for baking and professional growth.
