MBABANE – Creatives across Eswatini gathered last Thursday at American Corner Manzini for the official launch of the Recording Studio Community of Practice. The event drew music producers, musicians, podcasters, voice-over artists, and rappers to kickstart a collaborative platform designed by studio users for studio users.
The community is set up to foster collaboration rather than competition, focusing on skill development and peer learning. Members will have access to structured sessions where they can connect, experiment, and grow through curated masterclasses and targeted workshops.
Upcoming activities include a Podcasting Masterclass and Storytelling for Creatives, with additional sessions planned to enhance skills across different creative fields.
The studio is based on the second floor of the Public Library at American Corner Manzini. Creatives interested in joining the Recording Studio Community of Practice can sign up through the online form.
