Theft at Florence High and Bhalekane Clinic under investigation

Mliba police are investigating two separate theft incidents in the Lubombo region.

At around 4:00 am on January 9, 2026, unknown suspects broke into the office of Florence High School through a window. A weather station console valued at E70 000 was stolen during the break-in.

Later the same morning, at about 8:45 am, a 57-year-old woman reported that a borehole pump worth E47 614 had been taken from Bhalekane Clinic.

The Royal Eswatini Police Service has urged anyone with information about the incidents to contact Mliba police on 2385 0222, 999/9999, or 112 for emergencies.
