Sidvokodvo Police have arrested a 23-year-old man from Endlinilembi in connection with the murder of a 26-year-old local man. The victim’s decomposed body, showing multiple stab wounds, was found along a pathway in Endlinilembi on January 7, 2026.
Preliminary investigations indicate the killing occurred on December 27, 2025, after both men had been drinking at a local spot. The victim’s cellphone had been connected to a speaker, and as they left the venue, a dispute over the phone escalated into an alcohol-fuelled argument. The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim several times before fleeing, leaving him in nearby bushes.
The body was discovered around 9:30 am, prompting police to launch an investigation that led to the suspect’s arrest on January 10, 2026. He is scheduled to appear before Manzini Magistrates Court today.
