Mbabane – The Royal Eswatini Police Service has opened investigations into two separate housebreaking and theft cases in Mbabane, one in Woodlands and another in Dalrich East.
On January 11, a 44-year-old Woodlands man returned from church around 12:30 PM to find his home had been broken into through a window. Electronics and valuables worth about E51,000 were stolen, including a Dell laptop, an HP laptop, and bottles of wine.
Later the same day, a 38-year-old woman from Dalrich East discovered her house had been burgled after returning from a funeral at around 3:30 PM. Items taken, valued at approximately E34,000, included two Lenovo laptops, a JVC sound bar, a Nokia cellphone, an iPhone, a hand gas cylinder, and assorted food items.
