Matsapha – The Royal Science and Technology Park (RSTP) has provided an update on the ongoing disruption to government services, confirming that its core system is still being worked on.
In a statement issued at 3pm today, RSTP acknowledged the continued inconvenience faced by the public and its clients due to the outages. The park’s management assured stakeholders that a dedicated team of engineers is working around the clock to restore normal service as soon as possible.
“While we understand the frustration this situation may be causing, we want to reassure everyone that our team, with the support of our service providers, is making every effort to resolve the issue,” the statement read.
The disruption, which has affected several government services accessed through RSTP’s mainframe, is expected to continue until the maintenance is completed. Further updates will be provided as work progresses.
