Mbabane: In keeping with its promise to refund the 2020 MTN BUSHFIRE ticket holders, House on Fire offices will be open to process MTN BUSHFIRE 2020 physical ticket refunds until Friday 26 June, 2020.
For ticket holders who want refunds, they will have to fill and online form and submit it before going to House on Fire to make a claim. It is said the refunds will be paid via the bank or Mobile Money within 7 days of making claim and it will be 75 percent of the ticket.
A statement released by MTN BUSHFIRE states that due to the extended lock-down some holders of physical tickets have not been able to claim refunds for the postponed MTN Bushfire 2020 festival
The statement states that there was no need to claim refund for ticket-holders who want to attend the 14th Edition of the MTN BUSHFIRE festival which will be held on May 28-30, 2021. The MTN BUSHFIRE tickets bought for 2020 are automatically valid for the 2021 festival.
“The MTN BUSHFIRE team is hard at work to put together an even more explosive festival next year, so those tickets will be worth it”. “For ticket-holders who bought tickets at any of the ticket outlets in Eswatini, refunds will only be processed at the House on Fire main office. Refunds can be obtained between 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday”, Reads the statement.
Meanwhile the public requested to adhere to all COVID-19 health regulations and practices, such as the wearing of masks, hand sanitization, and social distancing, which House on Fire has put in place.
To get refunds it was emphasized those who bought hard copies of the tickets must be returned to House on Fire at the time of requesting the refund. An ID or Passport will also be required for verification.
On another note those who don’t have tickets to the 14th Edition, were encouraged to buy them now, while they are still available at 2020 pricing.
